As for the definition of life skills, life skills are personal, psychological, and social skills that an individual acquires through making mistakes or learning things before making mistakes, so that he can live more confidently and with high ability, and have the skills that qualify him to improve his life chances and make good decisions in building his future.


Of course, these decisions must be appropriate for the individual at all levels of his personal and professional life, and then work to develop the self and raise it to higher levels by mastering life skills, to deal with others positively and smoothly, leading to avoid falling into crises and overcome them when they occur, as well as not to make the same mistakes and repeat the same painful experiences.


From another angle, we must admit that people who have better life skills than others have been able to cope with the emergency changes that have occurred to the whole world this year better, since the beginning of the novel coronavirus pandemic, many people have lost the ability to adjust their lives effectively, and some have also developed psychological diseases as a result of lack of promiscuity or extreme fear, so it is necessary to pay attention to the development of skills and take advantage of all the consequences that stand in our lives.

The second important area of life skills is interpersonal and communication skills, these are the skills we use to make connections with others and are therefore an important part of what makes us human.


Communication skills are generally seen as a subset of interpersonal skills as are decision-making and problem-solving, but both are important enough to be considered as well.


Communication and interpersonal skills cover a wide range of skills, including:
